In the name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful Our Rob (Allah) said: We have sent you O Muhammad as a Mercy to the Alamin. And We send not the Messengers except as givers of glad tidings and Warners. But those who disbelieve, dispute with false arguments, in order to refute the truth thereby. And they treat MY Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs and revelations etc.) and that with which they are warned, as a jest and mockery! Vol.18:56. بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Iqamat-as-Salat: Performing Salat (prayers). It means that: Every Muslim, male and female is obliged to offer his Salat (prayers) regularly five times a day at the mosque in the congregation and the female at home. As the Prophet (Sallalahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: ‘Order your children to perform Salat (prayer) at the age of seven and beat them (about it) at the age of ten’. The chief (of a family, town, tribe, etc.) and the Muslim rulers of a country are held responsible before Allah in case of non-fulfillment of this obligation by the Muslims under their authority. - V.22:41.
